My heater had been out for several days. When I contacted All Seasons Heating & Cooling, they accommodated my schedule, Paul showed up on time, was respectful and efficient. He found the heater had no insulation around it, so he had to come back with the appropriate parts to take care of the potential fire hazard. He finished everything in the same day, which I was grateful for as the nighttime temperature was in the 30s! I highly recommend this company.

I now know why All Seasons Heating and Cooling has FIVE STAR RATINGS. I called them on Tues 1/5/2016 and left a message for them to call me back. Got a call back a short time later and set up an appointment for Thursday 1/7/2016 between 3 and 5 PM. Zach called on Thursday at around 3:35PM to let me know that he is about 5 minutes away. He arrives and I explain the problem we are having with the heater. He checks and finds that the pilot light was out, and the old programmable thermostat was in need of replacement. I had just bought a new thermostat four days ago because I knew that it was going bad. So he relights the pilot light and shows us how to relight it if it happens to go out again and then installs my newly purchased thermostat. Problem solved. I have been told by other companies in the past that the heater needed a major cleaning service all the way to your heater will need to be replaced. I am FIVE STAR SATISFIED!! Our house in Monterey had no heating or duct work installed at all. My wife and I wanted to go with a smaller business and boy, did that decision pay off! Not only did Zach give us an incredibly reasonable deal but he worked in our time frame, never sacrificed speed for quality, and stands by his work.
